Last minute Halloween fun!

So I've been trying to do more "impromptu" activities with the girls - I feel like it's the only way I can function right now. Trying to plan something out for the future is near impossible (well the planning part is easy, it's the execution that gets me). We're better if we know about something/make plans to do something a week in advance - I think it's because if we don't end up doing the planned activity, we're not too upset because we haven't hyped it up for all that long. Oh yeah, I'm all about the hype. I love to talk about things (okay, it's really on the verge of "obsess about things")- what will we see? who will we meet? what do you think they'll have to eat?, etc. We talked about Disney for about 27 months before we stepped foot into the land of Mickey Mouse.
Well speaking of unplanned activities, I thought it would be fun to do a pumpkin decorating activity. It was fairly simple considering I already had all the bobbles and bits that we used on hand. We had googly eyes, felt eyes, foam stickers & shapes, spiders, ribbons, pom poms, paints, scrap book paper, pumpkin puncher, markers, stickers, bugs, snakes, and I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff. But you get the idea.
"M" ended up painting hers an adorable pink, complete with a bow and spider hat. I really wanted to spray paint mine black and write on it with gold but I went more mainstream and opted for Elmo. Similar I guess.........right?
Hopefully you still have time to get your craft-on before it's time for tricking & treating!
Happy Creating!

No really, Amelia is helping
